We were a little early for my alteration appointment and they were ready! Took me right into a room and checked all the tags and tagged my dress to make sure they knew it was mine. After they helped me into my dress the lady was very quick and efficient pinning my dress and asking my opinion of what I liked and wanted. It was a great experience!!

They fit us in for a last minute bridal appointment, which was awesome in itself. Ms. Veronica knew exactly what I was looking for without me telling her much, it's like she read my mind. I only tried on two dresses and fell in love with the first one! Her instincts with accessories really pulled the whole experience together. If you book an appointment, I would ask for her!

I had Shericka help me try on many dresses. She was very helpful and knew exactly what dresses I was talking about. She knew what color variations different dresses came in and she had awesome ideas on what to add to a dress. It was a fantastic experience from arrival to leaving and everyone was super nice. Great place to find your dream dress at !

I had a wonderful experience with Taylor at Davids Bridal in Norfolk. I had originally gotten a dress that I loved - however after being diagnosed with diabetes and starting treatment I lost A LOT of weight and my dress was no longer my dream dress :( It was too big in so many places. There were not enough helpers for the amount of people there. I felt my consultant was over worked, but very patient. I do feel she lacked knowledge in making suggestions to add bling or jacking the bride up. We went there for my daughter's wedding dress. We did get a dress, but it was me that said the dress needed more. She was sweet, but also had to help two other parties with bridemaid dresses.
Kaela was fabulous!!! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I purchased my wedding dress, two mother dresses and one for my daughter! A wonderful experience and great selections for the last minute bride! Thank you Kaela at the Norfolk, VA store!!
