I recently visited the Springfield David's Bridal alone to browse wedding dresses and get an idea of my size before starting the full process. The staff were all so welcoming and ready to help with anything I needed. I worked with Chris, and she was absolutely amazing. My bride-to-be daughter and I made our first visit today to look at wedding dresses. We were both very intimidated going in but quickly were put at ease by our consultant, Ashley. She couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. We were not pushed in any way to go beyond the budget we had set or pushed to make a decision today. She helped my daughter carefully consider all of the options and I am certain we will be returning soon to purchase her favorite. Thank you Ashley!!

I've been to this location at David's Bridal before and had a similar experience, but to be the bride-to-be was very special: Faith was our Stylist, and she was a graceful mix of professional and relatable. She had a keen eye on my team's comments of dress styles, and I was impressed with what she picked. She made me feel so comfortable and answered every question. David’s bridal of Springfield, Va. has an amazing staff, truly care about the customer and want you to be happy, my daughters wedding dress was purchased long ago, because of Covid, everything was postponed, suddenly her day is in sight and her dress does not fit, we rush to David’s and they literally saved the day with last minute alterations, Park did the alterations in the nick of time, she was so kind and reassuring that she would make the date needed, I would give them a the highest rating, simply outstanding!
