Was there yesterday with my soon to be sister in law and our daughters shopping for her wedding and the service was impeccable. They girls are so warm and alura and Sonia made us feel like vip from the second we walked in. We came in with no vision and left with a clear direction for all of the girls for the wedding. My 2 year old left saying she was so happy to be a princess at the magic dress store. Thank you so much David’s in East Syracuse

I made an apointment, they got me in on time. I had no plan never tried on a wedding dress before, it didnt even have to be white. Jessica listened to what I wanted, did my measurements, ran up and down isles for me, with the help ofAllura and Nicole, and pulled very flattering a beautiful dresses. Im a plus size bride and didnt expect to find as many differant dresses as Davids had. Everyone was wonderful and I had fun too! Thank you all!

I am writing today about one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. My sister-in-law was to be wed on October 17, 2020. in My daughter is a junior bride’s maid that is typically a 10/12 in children’s sizes. Sonia is an angel. My daughter was slowly melting down with her bestie, searching for a formal dress for an event she thought out was weeks away and it’s.next weekend. Sonia was sweet and composed, calm and collected, diplomatic and gentle. She was an excellent listener. She deserves whatever praise comes her way, and I hope she gets a lot of it. My consultant was Bethanie, I came 3 seperate times, each time she was very pleseant and personable she really helped me step out of my comfort zone and I found a dress I never thought I would fall in love with. I had my Bridal moment! I also want to say thank you to everyone who was there on Friday 12th who helped my Grandma (Matron of Honor). First of Kelly is the best ever ! She picked out my dress and I absolutely fell in love with it ! She knows exactly how to make you comfortable and make sure the dress fits perfect ! Also Sonia is amazing at her job , I can’t thank you guys enough ! Excellent service from those two !

I'm giving 5 stars for the service but my friend and I were disturbed o what was happening near the bathroom. We were waiting g to use the bathroom and heard a guy Screaming! He was demanding over and over again "tell me yes or no " and "don't talk" He was so loud! Not great for a happy place.

He was so great and helpful.We laughed the whole time we were in the store.Not only did he help with my wedding dress,he also helped with my sister prom dress.The whole time I come,Aimee he made me feel beautiful .I think he was amazing.
