I went into the store not looking for a lace dress just looking for something simple. The manager of the store was the consultant working with me and informed me that a non lace dress was hard to find, but she searched through racks and found me a few. She was determined to find me a dress I would love. After trying on a handful of dresses I found the one, but had some hesitation. My salesperson Missy and Staff were great. She listened to what I was looking for and really did well helping me make my purchase. She was pleasant, easy to work with, and I left quite happy. I will say however, that your store needs updating. The lighting is very drab, the rugs need to be redone. When a bride walks into buy a dress, she wants clean, crisp, and classy. Sales people were great, the North Attleboro locations needs to be upgraded.

I made an appt to try on a couple of bridesmaids dresses. I was by myself and already knew what I was looking for. People who did not have an appt were helped before me and I waited for over 30 minutes before telling the woman at the welcome desk that I would just purchase online. Cheap dresses, cheap service.
