I had ordered a dress online from a non affiliated store and once it came in it didn't fit! They also refused to let me return! The wedding I'm in is in 6 weeks! So I was freaking out and decided to come to Davids bridal in hopes they could help, and that did! They helped me match the color I needed, helped me stay within my budget and even checked to see which dresses would make it in time for the wedding! I have been to David's Bridal in Connecticut before and I was not impressed with the service that my friend got, so I was not expecting the best going into my appointment. I was wrong! Karen was my stylist, and she was wonderful! She listened to my opinions, stayed within my budget, and understood my vision even when I didn't originally! She was very sweet, helpful, and patient. Wonderful experience! Bought the dress from davids bridal and it is currently being altered there. The stylist as well as alterations were both very patient with me as I had no idea what I was looking for! They also were great when I brought a large group of bridesmaids there. Thank you to the staff you guys made this a great experience.
I had a wonderful experience yesterday. Aracely was so helpful and picked out wonderful dresses for me to try on. The very first dress i tired on ended up being the one! She paired the perfect belt and veil with the dress and worked with me on the price a little as it was over my budget. All together i had a great time.
