I was in the store today 1/10/18 and the lovely Felicia (sales person) took such great care of me. She greeted me with a smile and made all types of suggestions to make my Wedding day beautiful. Felicia is one that I would recommend to train other associates Great customer service skills. I have 30 plus years in Customer service myself, so I know what to look for in professionalism. Tiffanie was amazing! And my experience was incredible !
Upon arrival to David’s Bridal I was a bit skeptical because I had gone to one previously and it wasn’t good! Once I got there and settled in my stylist (Jasmine) made me feel right at home. She was extremely patient and stayed within my budget. Once I decided on a dress she was able to dress it up even more with the veil and appropriate accessories. I highly recommend this particular facility

Today was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and it was a success. I ended up saying Yes to a Dress. A special shout out to Emily. She was so helpful and really showed a genuine interest in what I wanted. She could have easily tried to make me go over budget but she listened to my needs and got me exactly what I wanted. I, like most girls, am very self conscious about my body and shopping is always a total nightmare. That being said, the ladies at David’s Bridal truly made me feel very comfortable and special in my own skin. I didn’t feel like a burden trying on multiple dresses and i even found my wedding dress. I had been there previously for bridesmaid dresses as well and had someone help me find a few to flatter all of my bridesmaids.
