The staff was very friendly. I did have some problems with alterations but Alison manager order ma new dress & the manager of alterations made my dress right me.
One month out from my wedding I realized a dress that I had wouldn't work. I ran into David's Bridal on a whim without an appointment and was paired with Jasmine G.. In my panic she was calm and understanding. She took her time, was super sweet and when I started having an anxiety attack thinking I was crazy for buying a second dress she encouraged me to take my time, reach out to a friend and she patiently waited. I ended up leaving with another dress that I feel great about. I'm glad I ran in! Thanks Jasmine!

I really wish I remembered the sweet girls who helped me but the staff was very sweet and as helpful as they could be. The second time I came in to have my junior bridesmaid dress altered, the seamstress was absolutely amazing and sweet! I had two ladies helping at that point. My junior bridesmaid hit a growth spurt and they instantly took me to search for dresses to exchange since I bought off the floor.
