We had an appointment and were lucky enough to get Carla as our sales associate. She helped my daughter pick out a beautiful dress along with the undergarments necessary to make it look great. The hardest part was that there were so many amazing dresses that it was hard to choose. She also helped find the perfect tiara and veil to complete the ensemble. Went back in October and they were all friendly. Put my dress on layaway, had to cancel because my dad was in the hospital and I had to make a trip up to MI. The guy manager was kind of rude to me but he didn't know why I cancelled. Came in today about 11:05am with my matron of honor. Didn't make an appointment, two ladies at the "host stand" were NOT nice. Said we couldn't try anything on because they were already booked. At first I was a little upset but I should have made an appointment but my sale associate turned my experience around and the manager was very supportive and awesome. I said yes to the dress and walked out with a smile on my face =)

Great service! They ordered my dress twice for me because I lost weight and they exchanged it no problem. They even got the dress in 2 weeks before they estimated. I'm beyond thrilled with my experience.
