Horrible lasting impression. It’s sad to have to put this review because when we first found my daughter’s wedding dress the experience was perfect. Today we just got home from picking it up and I have to say what a terrible terrible experience. It started ok when we got there and they asked us to help and when we told them we were there to pick up the dresses for my daughters (bride and maid of honor) they brought the dresses to the fitting area and said someone will come over to zip her dress. Worst customer service EVER! Each visit just got worse and worse! The Alterations department had the worst attitude and customer service. Way to ruin special occasions with ugly attitude and careless

BRIDES BEWARE!! I first went to try on dresses in April, and Chris was my stylist. We tried on dresses and he noted the ones I liked. While there he told me about his wedding planning business. We did speak about them and after he price quoted me i told him that it was out of my budget. I made a return appointment with him because I did find him helpful.
