Giving a 5 star only because of Michelle. A few wks ago I wanted to go in, find a dress, try it on, and leave if I don’t want it... well no, the whole process is frustrating. “Please sign in, fill out everything with all your info, wait here, I’ll get you someone to help you with a fitting room, what’s the groom’s name, what’s the date.” Etc etc.. how annoying. I live in Pinellas county, but it was absolutely worth it to go to Hillsborough to be able to work with Deanna. She was the best. She worked with my mom and me and was very accommodating...it was my first attempt looking for a dress and I so appreciated her patience with both of us. She let me try on a veil with the dresses, and she brought out Raul (from alterations) to answer any questions I had about the alterations process (also loved him - so wonderful!)
