Keicia and Michelle were amazing! Keicia made me feel so comfortable and she was very helpful during my appointment! She had to multi task between myself and another bride but I didn't feel rushed or neglected at all! She was very tentative and aware of what I was looking for! Michelle helped with the bridesmaids appointment! She was awesome! We said yes to the bride and bridesmaid dresses all in one day! Thank you both!

I had a great experience! I went in hoping to find 'the one' , but not knowing what to expect. Turns out I did find it! With the help of Zatcha! She really was great, took her time and made me feel comfortable. I just happened to find my dress...and WELL below my price range!!

I went in with an appointment for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. Raoul was seriously the BEST! He was so helpful and understood my style perfectly. He was very patient when I tried on so many different dresses and helped me choose the perfect one. He was very energetic and took in everyone's opinion and the overall stressful yet exciting experience a great one! Thank you again Raoul �

We thought we had an appointment for 1 PM when really it was for 1:30 PM...so we walked around for 45 minutes and looked at gowns. When our time came, Jennifer was wonderful! The place was PACKED but she took her time with us and we found the perfect dress. And then we shopped for me.....ugh......I will keep looking...
