I have twin daughters that were needing a dress for prom. I went with one of my daughter's a few weeks ago and went this past weekend to pick up her dress and pick out my other daughter's dress. They tell you in the beginning that Saturdays are their busiest day and that you are sharing a consultant with other people. Alycia was amazing!!! The first dress she put me in, I fell in love!! She knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to put together my vision from dress, to sash, to hair piece. She was sweet and made the experience enjoyable!!
Best store ever! Racheal helped me so much lifting my self esteem and trying really hard to find the one I want calling stores for me and Linda did wonderful staying on hold for a while. You guys are the best! Thank you or everything .
We went to David's Bridal shop in Tampa, FL two days ago. I had read some of the previous criticisms but couldn't understand why they had been made. The store's staff were extremely pleasant from the minute we entered and the store was very clean. Jennifer was the lady assigned to us and she could not have been more helpful. My daughter found the perfect dress thanks to Jennifer's knowledge of the type of dress that would would work best in an outdoor venue. Walked in without an appointment and waited a short time for a consultant. She was very helpful and knowledgable. Tried on several dresses to decide which style was preferred. Very professional. No pressure and genuinely wanted to find the perfect dress.
While the dress I purchased was beautiful and the sales representative who helped me find it was super helpful, they could use an entire new set of staff in the front. All were very rude and seemed bothered by living. When I called to set up my alterations appointment the person I spoke with had no clue what was going on and had an attitude. Needless to say, I got my alterations done elsewhere and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
