I’ve been shopping for an off the rack dress for my son’s wedding in September. I’ve visited the store 3 times within the last couple of weeks and ordered online to get the style I wanted in the right size and color. I had lots of questions and Peter and Tyra were extremely helpful today. I will also say that they are working in terrible conditions with the air conditioning broken. Tucker was amazing and helped me find my perfect wedding dress and accessories to go with the dress to really bring it to life! He suggested a gorgeous belt and veil to go with my dress to give it that extra something it needed! There was no AC and it was very hot trying on dresses but he helped make it a great and fun experience for me and my bridal team! I'd recommend Tucker to anyone looking to find their dream dress, he is amazing!

We had a 6pm appointment for my sister. We were greeted with warnings about the AC being broken… we had traveled about two hours to shop so there was no way we were going to not try on dresses. Let me just say. The ENTIRE team greeted us with apologies and smiles even tho the heat was absolutely a disgusting working environment and probably awful for their health. This David’s bridal had NO AC!!!! BUT The consultants that assisted me were outstanding! Haeley & Bene had the most incredible customer service & were so patient with me and my guests. It is ridiculous to me that the workers there have to be there in 90 degree indoor temp!!!! I am so incredibly grateful for Haeley & Bene for helping me find my dress despite the circumstances! I highly recommend this David’s bridal!!!

Jodie was very nice and helpful. The one thing I couldn’t get over was how insanely hot it was in that building. Walking in mad me dizzy. Trying on dresses in that heat was awful! I feel bad for the poor souls that have to work in that condition.

Great service from the manager in helping me return a flower girl dress when my daughter changed her mind, and from Tucker in helping her find a new one that made her happy. Dresses are reasonably priced as well. Recommend!

We visited the Kenwood store of David’s Bridal looking for a bridesmaid dress for my granddaughter. Tucker W. was SO helpful and patient with the process of choosing the “perfect” dress. We purchased a beautiful dress primarily as a result of Tucker’s professional expertise!

Danielle Was very personable, professional and patient. My sister is the first in the family to get married we truly appreciate the experience. Danielle did a very good job with the accessories. Tucker was amazing and very creative in offering selections that would meet my needs and budget. At one point he had me try on a tulle underskirt with a bridesmaids dress over it to achieve the sort of look I was going for since they didn’t have what I wanted in store. When I was stuck between two dresses he helped me make a decision and I’m so happy with my dress. He was so encouraging and supportive—-Tucker is amazing!!!
