My bridesmaids all ordered their dresses from David's bridal. Half of whom had issues with their alterations. We don't live nearby, so it was a huge hassle to go pick up the dresses, only to leave them there to be altered again. Not only were the alterations SUPER expensive, they did a terrible job. Never once did they apologize for the butchered dress job or the inconvenience. AND the "second fix up" appointment is cutting it close to the wedding. Avoid davids bridal. Poor service, unprofessional, over booked/crowded and horribly dirty restrooms. Would never recommend David's Bridal.
Assestent didnt care or even try to find dresses in my taste. Had to repeat myself and show picture of what i liked multiple times. Heard her complaining to her manager about not making a sale because we couldnt find a dress we liked. Maybe if she took me and my family seriously the experience could have been better. Will never come back.
Didn't have my size,had to order a dress that I couldn't try on and I'm told all sales are final. Seemed a little trashy inside and not very put together. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I was there yesterday and felt a little rushed myself. They need to ask a few questions before they begin ruffling through clothing. Getting married is a personal moment/time in anyone's life and should be treated as such. Another issue is the selection online vs in store. I don't have time to order and return, so if I dont like what ive ordered my experience yesterday will make me go somewhere else.

They tell you pick out dresses, which I did, 32 of them. They had none at their location. They don't tell you which location might have them either. They will tell you that you can order it , yet it is non-refundable.

The older lady that was with us was horrible, mean, not helpful! My daughter had a very bad experience for trying on wedding dresses! We would never go back! We tell everyone how horrible she was. She should be fired!!!!!
So I went for my bridal gown first. My consultant was working with 3 other brides. I was put into a tiny fitting room with no mirror, drowning in dresses. She never checked in. I ended up just saying forget it and left. Then I decided to do my bridesmaid dresses there. When I initially picked out the dress I made sure it was pregnant friendly with the possibility of having a 6 month pregnant belly in the wedding party. They said absolutely.
