Stay away! I went to get a wedding dress. I went to pick up the dress, and it was the wrong size. The person doing the alterations was body shaming me, saying I should walk around the house lose 4 pounds before the wedding, trying to get me to squeeze in a dress 2 sizes to small. Told me not to wear a bra, which I can not do. So they order a new dress meanwhile, my veil is in bag with my old dress. I called and even said, "Is my veil safe. They assured me it was. RecommendedI had already been to 6 stores looking for a Prom Dress for my daughter. She had a laundry list of what she didn't like, no sparkle or bling, no big dip in the front, no one shoulder or strapless, no train, no poof, the list went on. Farrah found a one shoulder long sleeved dress with a bit of bling that I would never have gotten my daughter to try on, but she did it for Farrah. Guess what???? She said YES to Farrah's dress!!!!

My daughter returned a dress for a gift card after having to stand down as MOA because she couldn’t afford it. She wasn’t told she couldn’t redeem it online and we don’t live close to a store. She chose a gift for the bride and groom from the website and paid with her debit card. The custom engraved gift was damaged and poor quality for a $100 gift. I complained on another site about the gift card and DB said to DM them. I did and they never responded. Such a shame.
