By far the worst customer service in a long time. Th manager Nelly was rude and childish and I've never delt with someone as unprofessional as her. " Honey" is not my name and for you to think it's okay to address your customers like that is ridiculous! I would not recommend this location just because of the lack customer service alone.
Very disappointed with the way my daughter was treated! My daughter went in for a fitting months ago for a 8/30 wedding! She is pregnant and told that to the Salesperson! She is normally a size 0, but was told they don't carry 0's and should order a size 6 to account for the pregnancy, ( size 2 plus 2 sizes bigger recommended by David's). I have no idea how they determine what an expectant mother should order, but if they make a recommendation and a women doesn't gain excessive weight , they should be accountable!
