Today while at my first fitting, I found myself getting hot and my blood sugar dropping. I'm almost 18 weeks pregnant and needed a break. The sweet woman helping me not only got a fan to cool me down, but water from the back as well as a snack I could munch on to bring up my blood sugar! A gluten free snack to boot, since I'm gluten intolerant. This is beyond customer service. This is customer CARE. Thank you David's in Fairview Heights for going the extra mile!

It would have been wonderful if they made it more personal especially for the amount of money that is typically spent $$$. Maybe some bottled waters or sparkling non-alcoholic champagne and chocolates. :) This is a very special time for the bride and it almost felt like Walmart because of the hustle and bustle. I guarantee, if another bridal shop were to come to the area with similar pricing and added these touches, it would take your business.
I could not say enough great things about David's Bridal!!! I am in love!!! Not only is the staff at the Fairview Heights location amazing, the online staff has been stellar as well. David's was the first place I went to try on wedding gowns, and I ended up purchasing the second dress I tried on there (after shopping around at a few other places).
