Good, took time to alter hem twice to ensure it was just how I wanted it
The seamstresses were great but the sales ladies were very busy with many customers but very nice, it just didn't really make sense why an appointment was necessary. The staff is great but I think if you book an appointment maybe more staff for prom wedding season
