To be honest I was quite frustrated initially, I came in explaining the limitations of colour, style due to time of wedding ( many dresses in that colour wouldn't arrive on time). I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem. After two hours, it was confirmed that my choice was not an option. That being said I was very well taken care of, and they turned the situation around by being very helpful, understanding and compassionate. Although it wasn't the best experience at first I was happy with the service.
