Had the worst experience possible. It took someone 10 mins to come find us, when someone did, they didn’t explain very well about the colours and all the dresses we kept choosing they would say weren’t in the colour we wanted. She didn’t recommend any dresses that would suit us or anything. We had 1 dressing room for 3 girls and our stylist was helping someone else (which is fine but don’t look annoyed when we ask for help too) When we asked her to find one of our bridesmaids a specific style she looked annoyed. The staff was extremely unfriendly from the moment we walked in, came in two groups of three bridesmaids looking for our dresses. And we were the ones pinning the dress ourselves and doing them up because the staff was no where to be found. Would never ever recommend this shop for dresses. The dresses were very cheap looking as well. If you want to work in retail, please be a bit better at your job and be more available for help. We were not offered any.

My bridesmaids and I went to David’s bridal for their dresses. Everything went well and we selected a beautiful dress that each lady looked great in. The sizes were nearly perfect and only two of the 4 who came with would need a little bit of hemming as they are on the shorter size. One of my girls looked perfect and the dress for her like a glove. Well my girls all got their dresses and none of them fit! 1 of their dresses doesn’t fit, and the other three are too big! I bought my dress from David’s Bridal, and had a great experience. When I got the call that my dress was ready, I was so excited to come and pick it up. When I arrived to pick up, the store associate offered to let me try it on and I agreed. Immediately, her attitude changed and she seemed upset that I wanted to try on the dress. Beautiful dresses. Staff need to listen more to what the customer would like. We found a lovely dress, but I chose it. Lol My gf loved the dress! Would she return? Probably not.
