They are only getting a 1 from me because I'm 100% happy with my wedding dress but as for my bridesmaid dresses they were all too big! One bridesmaid can pull hers up without undoing the zipper! She called them in January to deal with the problem, they said they would call her back and didn't call until this Friday...2 months later is a little late as her dress will not arrive until the weekend before the wedding and we do not live in Winnipeg so it makes it complicated to go pick it up, and she would have to pay for a brand... read more
Do you make a habit out of lossimg people's alteration appointments...2 weeks before the wedding? Not impressed! You just brought out the bridzilla in me. Your dresses were the SECOND. Set i bought for my girls....why can't alterations department get their act together?! Buyer be ware!
Horrible service! Do NOT get your dress altered here! They rob you of your money and then screw up on the alterations. One of my bridesmaids paid $200 for alterations and the dress only cost 190! They took it in too much, now instead of letting it out they took it in even more. No compensation is being given because they said her compensation is they did not charger her to let out the dress again. HORRIBLE!
