I purchased my bridesmaid dress prepandemic. Received the wrong dress delivered in the height of the pandemic. When I tried to switch it out for the correct dress they sent me the wrong size which left me with the right style in the wrong size. They agreed to alter the dress free of charge, in the end I ended up paying $100 for a hem and cups. Went to pick up the dress after alterations and they were not very well done. Our experience shopping from bridesmaids at Vaughan location was amazing; our stylist and Libby made our day, I have my bridesmaids loving Galina’s dresses. Libby managed to get all our dresses in record time, my wedding is in not even two months and we were disappointed how late we were to order them, she came to my appointment to say hello to me and my girls and changed our experience. Shout out to Beril and Vianne from the alterations department, you guys are wonderful! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, understanding and very patient. I had to return several times because I could not find shoes to match my dress, they held onto my dress and were extremely accommodating. They gave me advice and helped me put together the perfect look. I'm very grateful to have had them assist me:) Thanks for helping me with the shoe, veil and accessories selection- all from David's Bridal;) my look is complete !!
Had a great experience in the alterations department with the nicest manager named Vianne. She definitely prioritizes customer service and saw to it to give us an absolutely positive experience.
Vianne at the Vaughan location was an absolute delight to work with. She provided amazing suggestions and took her time with my sisters wedding dress and 2nd outfit!

I went to the Vaughan location with my friend and the service was amazing. The alterations for her gown was perfect and Zandie really helped us get her vision of being a timeless come to life. Definitely recommend Davids Bridal for all of your wedding needs.
I want to shout out Zandile and Vianne also the store manager! Omg great experience with these ladies, I found my dress within an hour and a half. I’m so happy can’t wait to see the dress when it’s altered!
