I came into the store super late for my bridal alterations appointment (bad traffic) and Zara managed to fit me in anyway. She was excellent and super helpful. She made sure she still took her time with me and my mother. Zara is the best! She really knows what shes doing and her attention to detail is impeccable! I absolutely loved her and can't wait to see how beautiful my dress turns out. Thank you Zara and thank you Davids Bridal!!!
My first time going into David's bridal June 2019. Matter a fact i was told they were closed down. I went to the hwy 7 and weston road location. Made an appointment met with libby who was super sweet. I got my dress on the first day after trying on only 4 dresses. Libby is really experienced with the correct sizes. I went back no appoimtent met with sarah who i must say really saved the day. The ladies are extremely nice. More information can be provided about time frames on the first visit .. I was never told a time frame on ordering a dress or getting alternations and I could have missed the deadlines because of this. I made two trips before picking my dress and a third when the actual dress was ready for pick up. Noone told me during all these visits alternations can only be done on certain days and there's still time frames that need to be considered . Libby helped me find the perfect wedding dress. It was a walk in and she served us very quickly. She was very attentive, patient, and helpful with her suggestions of dresses and accompanying accessories. Afterwards, I had to get the hem shortened and the alterations team was very nice. The price for adjusting the hem was a bit expensive but the alterations manager helped me out. I really appreciate the whole staff here who were super friendly! Service was great, personal service was phenominal. I didnt like alterations department as they weren't accommodating in allowing me to pick up a couple of weeks earlier. Change of plans. Reason: i put on some weight and needed minor adjustments
