I went to David's Bridal to try on dresses today. They were unable to find my reservation, but were still fairly accommodating, and said that it had been an issue for other brides recently as well. I didn't feel the process was very efficient. My stylist was very sweet and helpful, but she seemed to have difficulty getting me dresses to try on. I walked into davids with an appointment and an idea of what I wanted. I tried on a few of my choices and my worker was able to locate what I wanted within my price range. I left with the purchase of a dress same day.

The dress I purchased happened to be a discontinued item. I was never informed that the dress could possibly be a used dress. It took David's bridal 3 tries to finally get the dress I was happy with.

My dress was so lovely. My mother and Maid of Honor went went with me, I picked it on the first trip there. We had it altered there, and they did a great job. We also got it preserved, which was so easy just took it to UPS. and got it back very quickly.

I found my dream dress at David's Bridal online and when I went into the store for my appt. they had my dress in my size and it was exactly what I had imagined. Everyone at David's Bridal was very helpful and perfessional including the lady who did the alterations. My dress was half the price that I was willing to pay and I wouldn't think twice about recommending David's Bridal to my friends. Thank you,

I was very pleased with the customer service at David's Bridal. I went to try on dresses 4 times is a period of 6 months and they were so incredibly patient until I found the dress I wanted. I worked with Michael and he was amazing, I would recommend asking for him when you book an appointment. I found a great dress at a great price and my bridesmaids from all over the country were easily able to stop in a try on and order their dresses.
