Several of my Bridesmaid and I went to a David's Bridal in Philly and the customer service was absolutely the worst. We seldom saw our attendant and when we attempted to ask another employee a question she was clearly upset. Needless to say, we left without purchasing anything was quiet dissatisfied. The worst part is that we had an early appointment in the middle of the week so the store was practically empty. The start of the New Year was awesome! I took a trip to David's Bridal with my mom and soon to be m.i.l. Taylor helped me in every step of the way. She gave me tips on everything that I asked. She was not too pushy. She let me decide what I thought was best.... I had debated on 2 dresses. One for the wedding and one for the reception. The ladies there were very attentive to my needs & requests- even though it was very busy! My only complaint was the small area we were sitting in due to it being so busy & the fact that there was 6 of us. Other than that, wonderful job!
Went in Saturday 11/26 with an appointment scheduled for 2PM. I was expecting madness because of Black Friday, it was the complete opposite. While there were a lot of people there the staff was well organized and was able to help everyone without keeping people waiting too long. My consultant Arianie was absolutely amazing! So sweet and nice and helped me find the perfect dress! Rebecca was also super helpful and there to help me as well! Overall great experience and I got the dress I loved at a great price!
