Today I called the Monroeville, PA store to speak to the store manager about our experience. I was told it was our fault and the manager proceeded to yell at me! Completely unprofessional and rude!!
I’m really disappointed, I wanted to write a great review because I purchased my wedding dress here and had a good experience. All my bridesmaids and my mom bought dresses here as well. Just be aware that their return policy is 7 days after purchase and not 7 days from when your dress actually arrives. We had to order flower girl dresses which came a couple weeks after purchase. Upon pickup and trying them on, they were too small and the next size up for my one flower girl was unavailable. Really bummed about the lack of f... read more
Rude, not helpful, not enough selection in certain sizes, staff that walks away and doesn’t help including a manager. Never going there again after multiple experiences like this. Go to Pine Ridge they are worth the drive and the price!!!
