I went in yesterday to buy a wedding dress, and Sarah was phenomenal. I had no idea what I wanted, but when I left, I had a beautiful and affordable dress ordered. She was attentive even though she had multiple clients to work with during my appointment, and she was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. At the end of my appointment, she also assisted me with trying on veils, insisting that I wasn't a bother even though I stayed a little longer. I'm definitely going back to pick out bridesmaid dresses!

I loved everything about my experience at the David's Bridal in Ann Arbor. I tried on about 6 dresses during one visit and fell in love with three of them. They help you narrow it down to "the one." They don't pressure you into buying a more expensive dress or crazy accessories; they make sure you are getting exactly what YOU want. They tell you about the greatest deals, because they have the best interest in their customers. They told me that my dress would take about a month to come in after being ordered; it took 5 days! ... read more

My daughter and I went to David’s Bridal in Ann Arbor and had the BEST customer service ever!!!! My daughter was already anxious going to look for a prom dress due to the fact that she is a plus size. Well, we had Carlee who was there helping us every step of the way. She was absolutely amazing!!!! There were so many little things that Carlee did to make us feel comfortable and make it the best experience that we could have ever hoped for. Honestly, I was a bit afraid to go in and even look at dresses myself after all of the terrible reviews I read. Still, I wanted a nice wedding dress and had found some I loved on their website, so I pushed aside my fear and went anyways. I'm so glad that I did! The people who wrote bad reviews must not have called ahead and made an appointment, because they certainly had plenty of time and help to give for me! I had the most wonderful experience at the west Eisenhower Ann Arbor location yesterday. Everyone on staff that I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. I especially appreciated working with sandy. She made the exchange process of a bridesmaid dress much easier than I was expecting it to be. Thank you sandy for your kindness, understanding and commitment to customer service. I will definitely recommend family and friends go to this location for all of their bridal needs.
