I had Monica…she was fabulous!! Not pushy at all!! She brought dresses over and I think the 5th dress was it!

Maria in alterations was amazing to work with! She got my dress perfect after 1 appointment! I got there a hour early and she fit me right in instead of having to wait around. Maria is professional and friendly! Would recommend her to anyone!

Had an absolutely amazing experience here!!! Purchased my wedding gown too soon- last October- and by the time I got it I had lost a bunch of weight. Turns out you can only alter dresses 2 sizes down, and online customer service told me that it was no longer within the exchange window so if I wanted my dress I would have to repurchase it on my own and try to resell the one that no longer fits. I went into the store to try on my dress in a smaller size, and the managers were AMAZING and bent the rules to exchange my gorgeous ... read more

Today I said yes to the dress, and honestly I wouldn’t have had it any other way! Whitley was AMAZING and helped me find the one! Was very supportive the entire time, i was soooo comfortable!!! 10/10 recommend and i’ll continue to do so!!!
