I am not going to complain about the wait to get set up in a room because it was a Saturday and there were a lot of brides. Yvonne, my stylist, exceeded my expectations. Even though she was busy, she still made me and my party feel like we were the only ones there. She went above and beyond with her customer service and she is extremely knowledgeable. I am speechless after finding my dream dress today at David's Bridal! I went in thinking I would try on a million dresses and be completely overwhelmed with my first experience, but it was the most amazing experience ever!!! Whitney knew exactly what I wanted and more importantly what I didn't want. She was attentive, patient and helpful. I found the perfect dress and was out in well under an hour. Thanks for a great experience!
Yvonne is an angel sent from above. My first consultant was inattentive, and left me in the dressing room for over 25 minutes at one point before I even had my first dress. I was feeling downtrodden because this "wasn't the way it was supposed to be". Then suddenly Yvonne took me over, despite juggling other brides at the same time I felt like I was the only one.
