Had great customer service. For my first time, which I was really nervous, it went very well! I didn't find the style I was hoping for, because they had limited stock..but I found a type of style that looked great! Very very pricey. They didn't ask my budget, but I was really just looking to see what would look good.

America was great! I tried on bridesmaid dresses. She stayed with me the entire time (which i really appreciated)! She also knew all the answers to my questions. Which made me happy! Definitely coming back to this location.

I absolutely LOVED my whole experience there! The moment I walked in (I didn't have an appointment) they were willing to help. I told the staff an idea of what I wanted and my budget and I fell in love with first dress I tried on. Immediate tears came falling off my face. It was the one. At the end they said a small prayer for me, I rang that bell as hard as I could, and I walked out of there very satisfied.

I went to the David's Bridal at the Arlington Highlands to quickly look around for my sister who is getting married next year. They were friendly and I told them we would be coming back in a few weeks as a family to try on dresses. When we came back 2-3 weeks later on a Saturday at 10am, that was when they informed us we needed an appointment. This was disappointing since no one explained that process a few weeks ago. My daughter and I went to David's Bridal this morning without an appointment, looking for a dress for me as Mother of the Groom. We were greeted at the door immediately by two different sales associates, one (Adelle) whom actually was the one who ended up helping us.
