Wasn't the best experience although I guess I've watched to much "Say Yes To The Dress"! so might have expected a different experience! When we arrived there was some confusion over who/why/how many ppl were suppose to be there. There were several ladies working when we arrived @ noon. We were shown to a area to look over dresses to pick out we liked & wanted to try on. We had my 2 yr old granddaughter with us who is our Flower Girl 🤔🙄! My daughter and I went to look at dresses for prom. Faith was the sales lady that assisted us. She was a huge asset to us finding the dress and all the other things we needed. It was a great experience!

Wedding planned in ONE week!!! Was getting married on Saturday. Called them on Wed afternoon and got appt for 7:30pm that evening. Drove 2+ hrs. to get there. They were super helpful and understood that I had to not only find the perfect dress but that it had to fit well with absolutely no alterations and I had to be able to take it home with me that night. I wanted to let you know that Mrs Frances at your location is absolutely amazing. Not only did she help me find the perfect dress for me she made the experience like shopping with a friend. When she found out that my dad had passed away and my mom had a little break down she offered words of encouragement and made us feel better.
