All of the items purchased are non refundable which I didn't like. However the staff was very friendly. They could use a few extra associates. I love my dress and it is beautiful, it was expensive though.

I worked with Ms. Fran at David's Bridal in Augusta, GA to pick out and alter my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses. She was so kind and helpful! She was also very flexible and worked very hard to accommodate my crazy schedule! I loved the dress I got and the service that I was provided at David's Bridal. We got our dresses quick and only had one issue (wrong dress size ordered) but it was handled in a quick and professional manner! The lady who handled my alterations was amazing, also! Davids Bridal was very helpful, my initial visit was great! However, due to prom season I felt I got lost in the cracks. Mrs. Frances was my initial point of contact. She was great but the other helpers did not have th same enthusiasm. I purchased my vera wang and two hr bridesmaids dresses, my shoes, several bags for my party and did not get the bell ringing. My experience was not bad but it could have been better in that respect.

David's Bridal was incredible! After a nasty burn from an eBay purchase, I was truly grateful for David's. They treated me like a princess and helped me find the perfect dress! Alterations were very reasonable in price and done quickly! I would totally recommend David's to anyone!

We enjoyed working with Davids Bridal for the most part. I absolutely loved, loved, loved my dress, bridesmaids dresses, and flower girl dress. I did feel rushed by my wedding dress consultant on the day I bought my wedding dress and felt as though it was all about the sale and not about finding exactly what I wanted. One of our flower girls moms had a hard time finding someone to help her on the day she bought the flower girls dress and it took 6 weeks longer than we were told for my bridesmaids dresses to come in. My dress was fine, but the bridesmaids had trouble. the associates kept giving them the wrong dress and would refuse to take them back without me being present. It was a headache.

Overall, my experiance at DB was pretty good. However, they also did my dress alterations and that was horrible! I left my dress with them for 6 weeks for the alterations. When I went to pick it up (my final fitting) it was not ready. They had not even touched it. This was 2 days before my bridal pictures. After talking to 5 or 6 different people and waiting 4 more hours they finally finished. After getting the dress home and looking over it it has several small holes in it.
