Great experience! Alterations were easy and Lucy was VERY friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who needed alteration for their dresses. I had two dresses to get altered and it went so quickly and smooth.

Consultant was proccupied most of the visit and made me feel like an inconvenience instead of a customer. After deciding I didn't like a dress, she would walk away and leave me standing there waiting to take it off until she got back, then make snide comments when my friend would offer to help me out to continue the visit. I was given a veil with no discussion on styles that she felt paired best, and same with the slip under the dress. I felt pushed into accessories that hadn't been discussed.
