I had an appointment at 4:00, started looking at 4:20 which is no big deal to me since I work at a place that takes walkins/ appointments, I understand everything can’t be on time. I had an appointment with David Bridal on yesterday at 12noon. I arrived around 11:45 (15 minutes before my appointment time). As soon as I walked in the door I was asked, " may I help you?" I explained to the lady at front desk what I was there for. At this time the young lady went back to get the person I was needing to meet with. This person comes up front to greet and meet and continued to lead me to come with her. I did not have to wait. She took me back got my measurements and I was out of there in 30-40 minutes. The consultant I had for bridesmaid wasn’t very helpful and disappeared and never came back. My consultant that helped with my brides dress was outstanding! She was patient, funny, engaging and very polite. She really made this process easy for me.
Good experience. It was very busy but Ashley was helpful, kind and attentive.
