I wish I could give them 5 star ratings but I can't! Although I do love their dresses for bridesmaid and the prices are somewhat reasonable, their customer service was not the greatest! I went with high expectations since my cousin got her bridesmaid dresses there and they had all fitting rooms with the girls name tags on them and waiting to be fitted. Just left this location heartbroken. I've been twice with appointments thus far, but it has been difficult to have all of my bridesmaids visit and see my top choices. Tonight I went back and was extremely dismissed and disrespected by the store manager, Christie. I asked if I could simply step into the dress; the sales associate was sweet in trying to explain their policy, but then her manager came over and was very rude and abrupt, then simply walked away from me and my friend before we could say another word. Love my gown, but there should be more communication between alterations and the sales team. Sales associates recommend I buy all this extra stuff like slip and bodice, belt, etc, then when i get to alterations, I am told I won't need a bodice style bra because they can sew cups into the gown for $40. The salesperson also guessed my size wrong after trying on something too large. She figured I would be an 8 petite but it was far too large. If I could give them zero stars I would. They over charged me for my bridesmaid dress. I was quoted a price at check out and their register stopped working. Waited 15 minutes before they told me they would call me and take payment over the phone. Found out the next day I was charged $40 more then I was advised. Called and spoke with a manager who didn't help me at all. She kept telling me she will speak with the gal that helped me when she's comes back to work next week. I had an appointment at David's Bridal on 2/21/15 at 1:00 pm at the Brea, CA location to come in to shop for Bridesmaid dresses. I was hesitant from the beginning on booking an appointment at a David’s Bridal simply because of the perception I had of the stores from previous experiences. If I could rate this place with no stars I would! The service here is horrible. I had an appointment at 6:30pm with the bride, mom and the aunt to get a dress for each one of us. Their where two appointment schedule for 6:30 for one person. We where the first ones to arrive. We waited and waited no one came to help us.
