I had the best experience getting my dress altered! I bought my ceremony dress online in a slightly larger size after trying it on in-store and there was a defect with the zipper. They fixed that for me for free, and were able to modify the dress to my measurements with ease. The people who work in the alterations department are so kind—the woman who worked with me at my initial appointment and pick-up (her name begins with a V, I think) was the sweetest! About a 4 week turn-around for me, and so affordable!

Worst customer service. After first fitting dress was not done correctly. So they attempt to “fix” and made it worse. $826 worth of alterations and we still aren’t satisfied. The back is uneven (photo 1) and the hem is supposed to be one inch off ground all around. Front is almost 2 inches (pic 2) and back is barely off the ground (pic 3). So disappointing.

I did not think I would say yes to the dress today, but I did! I had a wonderful time with Kathy! She was very flexible and cheered me on with all of the choices I wanted to try on. I found a dress I thought I would never be able to get! I can’t wait until it arrives! Thank you David’s Bridal!

David’s Bridal was clean, easy to navigate and have friendly staff from the moment you walk in until you walk out. Kathy was my stylist and was phenomenal. She was incredibly kind, patient and had such a great eye for what would flatter my figure. She picked a dress I never would have tried on and it ended up being THE dress! I am so grateful she got to help me on this special step in being a bride, and I recommend her to any bride. She made this experience everything I could’ve hoped for. Thank you, Kathy!
