RecommendedLovely experience! Helpful personnel... I bought my gown! Would definitely recommend this store! One suggestion though: please tell your staff that the mask is practically non effective when worn under the nose, rather than on the nose (as your door greeter was wearing hers.)

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Brookfield location!! I had purchased my dress 3 weeks before my wedding at another location and when I put it on the night before the wedding it was very saggy and just too big! I called the Brookfield store after trying on my dress not realizing it was a different store as the previous one had moved... and was greeted with not only options by Kristen G but true compassion. Shout out to Stacy for the best experience a bride could have. My future daughter in law Kirsten had an appt with Stacy a few weeks ago. Stacy asked a few questions pulled some dresses was very attentive to what the bride was looking for found a dress for her and Kirsten said yes to the dress! Thank you Stacy for making Kirsten imagine what a bride should look like on her big day! We will be back for bridesmaids dresses!

We had an absolutely wonderful time selecting the bridesmaid's dresses from her. My MOH made an appointment for us all (which I highly recommend making on ahead of time). It was a bit crowded and a bit overwhelming, but in the end, the ladies ended up organically selecting the exact same David's Bridal signature line dress and it fit everyone's body type just amazing. So happy with the dresses and I think the ladies love them too. Very reasonably priced too :)
