Maddie was amazing at Davids Bridal in Brookfield. I had an appointment but cancelled it because I was overwhelmed from other bridal stores. I walked into Davids and told the staff I just wanted to walk around and look myself. Eventually when I was ready to start trying dresses on Maddie assisted us and she was great. She ended up spending hours with me and my mother patiently helping me pick and try different dresses on. I admitted about cancelling my appointment and she never once made me feel bad for it. I’m probably not the easiest bride to work with! I’m extremely sarcastic, sassy and silly so when I was going in for alterations i was a bit nervous. I ended up having Nicole help me and I couldn’t have been happier! She completely rolled with my shenanigans and was an absolute joy to work with! It was very clear she loves her job and wanted to do what she could to make sure my dress was perfect for my big day!

I had the best shopping experience at the Brookfield location with Katherine. She showed me a variety of dresses within my budget and she totally understood my style. I felt like I had a friend helping me shop! All staff members were great (especially Kristi the manager and Kayla in alterations) and they made the dress shopping experience fun- I never felt pressured or rushed. I looked at a few other stores for dresses, but nothing topped the customer service and quality of dresses as David's Bridal.

Nice clearance dresses..people can be a bit rude!
