I made a appointment and it was the best experience ever!!! I worked with Mary Ann and she was so helpful and bubbly she knew exactly what I was looking for. She helped me try on several until I found my exact fit. It was the dress i have always dreamt of. I cannot wait to wear it and show it off on my special day! I would definitely go back for my bridesmaids and I would recommend Maryann to help others find their dress of their dreams. Nikki

I had a problem where a dress I ordered was made wrong. The ladies when I went in one evening were kind and very helpful. Their customer service was excellent. When I went back to pick up my re-order, still unhappy with. The ladies on the afternoon shift, not so caring and helpful. It was like the "oh well" response. Not rude, except for the look on the face of lets just call her "red lipstick". Never that location again. Ladies --- if you want someone who is not only honest but helpful ... set up an apt with Mary Ann!! She was wonderful today for my bridesmaids! She helped me find a bridesmaid dress that fit all sizes in my party -- and was also super in style and could be worn again for another event. She was awesome!! Huge shout out to Mary-Ann!! You rock!

I needed a way for the 4 girls in my Bridal party to get a beautiful dress each in a different color (same length and material) to create an artistic palette of perfection for my special day. Most girls are in NYS but one is in Ohio. I worked closely with the store manager who was accommodating, patient, kind, and timely. All other employees were patient and kind with all interactions as well. They were great at contacting me over the phone and via e-mail. I am happy and all 4 girls in the Bridal party are happy!

Very helpful, and cheerful place to get alterations done! Sweet staff and very welcoming! The Alterations department is amazing!
