From Syracuse but had no luck finding a ball dress. Visited your Henrietta store earlier today and no luck but employees were not very helpful. Ended up in Tonawanda store, people were very helpful. Keisha Knightner was our associate and she was great. Walking out with a beautiful dress. Thank you Keisha!
This location was absolutely amazing! Keisha, Kim, and Jaime Lynn were so helpful, and sincere. I came to this location with my sister in search of a bridal gown for her wedding next February. I live in Orlando so knowing that she will be taken care of with so much sincerity when I am not there to help her makes me feel so good. They worked so hard to help her find the dress of her dreams. The staff here was phenomenal and I would recommend this store and location to anyone.
