Nicole was a fantastic help to me. She has great ideas and attention to detail. Head to toe, she will have you looking fantastic. Everyone in the shop was very friendly to me - even when I popped in without an appointment.
In ShortA chic, sleek boutique, it's not. But those willing to look carefully will likely find a big-time bargain. The staff is helpful and knows the merchandise but doesn't provide extensive one-on-one attention or advice. Stores (particularly on weekends) can be swamped with brides-to-be. David's specializes in beaded satin A-lines and simple lace sheaths that just hit the $500 mark. Most...
Wonderful I had the exact opposite experience at this store. The staff welcomed myself and another bridesmaid and was with us the entire time. Very helpful. I will never go back to the McKinley store though. I think the other reviews must be for that store.
No Customer Service When searching for my wedding gown, I felt completely ignored by the staff. This is not a very friendly place. On a separate occasion, when purchasing a maid's gown for a friend's wedding, it took the clueless staff 20 minutes (no exaggeration) to ring me out. They could not understand their computer program, had lost the wedding file, and had my measurements listed under the wrong name. Geesh. this store is clueless When my niece got married, she chose David's Bridal for the bridesmaid's dresses. What a mistake that was! While the dress itself "looked" beautiful, it was actually poorly made. The zipper literally broke before my daughter even got her dress on and one of the seams ripped. The alterations were very expensive and took several visits to get them done correctly. The staff spent more time chit-chatting with each other than taking care of their customers.
I HATE This Place! Expensive, they don't carry enough sizes, you can't get any help from the staff, who sits around talking and ignoring the customers. And don't even get me started on the $99 sale. Okay, get me started. They have 3 dresses, all size 2 or 4, that are covered under this sale.
