We liked our consultant--Katie! She was very helpful, friendly, and had a good taste. I wish there were more room (and more chairs) in the waiting area for everyone, as my mom and future mother-in-law were standing the whole time I was trying on dresses. But overall, the experience was good. I ended up finding my dress at a different salon (Affordable Bridal), but still wanted to thank Katie!

Gabby was INCREDIBLY helpful, patient, and supportive during our visit today! It was such an emotional time and she was so kind. My beautiful niece found her perfect dress and we left David's knowing her fiancé will be in tears when he sees his gorgeous bride!
Today was my second alterations appointment, which ended in a group chorus of "Going to the Chapel" 😂😂 We were on time but they were running a little behind. It was all good. Everyone that walked by asked if I was being helped, if I was alright. Once we got back there it was as it always is business and smiles. Mrs. Nelly is the best! From beginning to end DB's has been a star in my show. So why 4 stars...it's really 4 1/2 only because they need more chairs. I made an appointment for this location to try on two dresses specifically. I viewed them online, so I knew exactly what I was going in for. Their system for how their dresses are arranged in the store is a little confusing if this is your first time there. The dresses are organized by style number- and not in sequential order at that. My experience was great...we got there a few min early and were able to wander around. The lady that helped me was ( Karen ) I showed he a few pics that I liked and she found a few dresses...we tried on a few but the last dress was THE dress!!! Can't wait for it to come in...also it was on sale!!! Only thing I was bummed out on was I wasn't told if the dress preservation until after I paid for the dress
