I had two appointments scheduled. My first was at 12:30 for my bridesmaids and 1:30 for me, the bride. When I first arrived, I was shocked at how busy and over whelmed the staff was. There was people EVERYWHERE. Mostly my fault, I didn't think they'd be so busy during prom season. I recommend favoriting any dresses via app/website before you arrive. My granddaughter purchased her gown for her wedding, customer service was good even though it was very busy, checkout was efficient, definetly passed the bridal word along

I traveled from Ontario. Such great services and the dresses process so affordable! I can't remember the sales associates name but I think she was a manager, she never left my side. I'm so grateful for the service! I was overwhelmed that I didn't get to day than you but thank you! I love it!
