Came in during the weekend to browse and wow was it crazy busy! So I decided to come back during the week and what a difference!! it was much calmer and the staff were able to assist me in finding my perfect dress. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so helpful and friendly. I recommend coming here on a weekday.

Bridesmaid appt. to select dresses: The individual that helped us could have been more pleasant, it was a strange experience. We did end up with what we needed, but after seeing it on someone else walk by. They make you pick from their ipad/online to bring out dresses - that were all very similar. When we saw 'the one' she debated "but you didn't pick that on the iPad" ... we had to convince her we'd still like to see it, as it way much better than the other options. I had an amazing experience purchasing my dress today. I was not pushed into buying a dress. I had seen the website prior to going to the store. I showed a male assistant all my photos and he kindly told me if they had them available or not. He tried staying in budget but I ended going slightly over budget. He was honest when it came to prices. At the end of the day I got the perfect dress for a beach wedding. I was helped in alterations in where they were very nice and made me feel special. I had such a wonderful experience at this David’s Bridal in Burbank. I needed a second wedding dress because my mother really wanted me to get married in a church (while my husband and I wanted to get married outdoors) so we compromised with two ceremonies. Trying on and buying a dress was quick and painless, and my saleswoman (I believe her name was Genelle) was lovely. What I really wanted to commend was the alterations department.
