I bought my Bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal. I ordered it online during the pandemic, and alterations were later required. I was accidentally charged extra for my alterations. Rima the store manager, was very helpful when I explained my story and situation to her regarding my dress. I was provided with an appropriate credit for the charges of my dress. Ashley was great! She was very helpful, but gave us space and wasn’t pushy! It was a pretty calm experience!
