Olivia T helped me when I came into the store. I honestly was helpless looking for something and she was so genuine, patient, kind and I felt immediately supported. She even helped me problem solve a tricky issue. She went out of her way, and I can’t thank her enough. After just a few minutes of meeting her I felt the desire to come back to that store because I knew if I even have something in the future she is the person I would want to see!
