Paula was beyond helpful! We came in last minute without a booking and she was gracious enough to help us before her next appointment. She picked out so many different styles because you never really know what you want. In the end my maid of honour got the dress of her dreams! Huge thank you to Paula and the alterations team who squeezed us in for a fitting right afterwards. Just a seamless, amazing process through and through!
