Roma was amazing…we popped in without an appointment and showed our girlfriend the most amazing gown…brought tears to us all!!

Agata was an amazing associate! We dropped into shop and she went above and beyond. She asked what we were looking for, what styles we might be interested in and then sized us up- picked out the best choices and we left with a dress! Her eye for fit and fashion is awesome and she really heard our wants! We tried our hand at looking to and didn’t come close to finding the items she picked! Thank you Agata!

Rajina was truly amazing, we came in during the busiest time but she was still able to help my bridesmaids discover what kind of styles they liked, and gave us many great options. Unfortunately our visit turned sour when management and another associate came by and made us feel uncomfortable for “ trying on dresses too late” when all we wanted was to figure out what styles and colours we liked first. We are grateful for Rajina and her efforts.

Rajina was great. She was super patient and supportive and totally understood our bride and group's needs and case. However, I felt the managers were somewhat impatient with our group and it did not feel great. At the end of our appointment, Rajina went out of her way to track all our dresses, sizes and colours so we knew what to go back for when we return! All the love to her, she was great.
