We went in as a walk in after a bad experience somewhere else We were super happy and pleased with the service we received at David's bridal Rima and Ashley were super helpful
Shannon was amazing!
I bought my Bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal. I ordered it online during the pandemic, and alterations were later required. I was accidentally charged extra for my alterations. Rima the store manager, was very helpful when I explained my story and situation to her regarding my dress. I was provided with an appropriate credit for the charges of my dress. Susie and the David's Bridal team did such an amazing job helping my besti with finding her dress. It was alot of fun, shed some tears, and laughed. Overall a great experience
My first stop and first ever time to try on a wedding dress. Susie helped us pick out a few dresses and I had an absolute blast trying on different styles. She picked up on my favorite and got me dressed up which cued the tears! We even got to take the look outside and see the sparkle. The best start of my shopping experience to finding "The One". Had a wonderful experience here! So many wonderful, helpful ladies (shoutout to Shannon) that dealt with myself, 6 other bridesmaids, the bride and her mom! The store was very clean and well organized, making it very easy to shop around!
