Terrell was amazing! She was very fast and helpful. Had us in and out. Definitely would recommend booking your appointments with her.
Terrell gave my mom and I the BEST service EVER!!! She is very polite and extremely professional. We were in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend her service to those in my life that will be attending weddings!
This lady should be REQUESTED by every bride!!!! She made the entire experience such a great experience, integrated my children and tears were shed. Wouldn't want this experience any other way. FOUND MY DREAM DRESS!
Absolutely terrible experience, our consultant rushed us through, I think if she rolled her eyes any harder they would have stuck. Just a rude individual. Staff was very pushy. Save yourself the time and go to the store across the road.

I took my bridesmaids to the Calgary store to try on dresses. The associate didn't know which dresses came in the colours we selected and didn't know if they had specific dresses from their bridesmaid catalogue in to try on. The colours also weren't accurate from their catalogue compared to the real dresses. They made my four bridesmaids share two change rooms (even though I made an appointment well in advance and during covid of all times). Why is the “manager” walking around like a lost child? Cannot answer a basic question. How long is this dress going to take. Cannot do an exchange after SHE ordered the wrong size dress. What the heck are they doing here???? I cannot wait to not have to deal with this store ever again. I have been a customer years prior and never have I had these issues. This place is going to hell in a hand basket and quick. I will never be back.
